How do I flip / mirror a background image?

Horizontal Flip / Mirror

With the background tab selected and a background image loaded, click the "Flip horizontal" button in the left hand pane.

Vertical Flip / Mirror

With the background tab selected and a background image loaded, click the "Flip vertical" button in the left hand pane.
